Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

Well, 8 months on the fridge door has fallen off, revealing a selection of small random screws to hold it up. Amazing it held up as long as it did. Also, on having our new floor laid we discovered a kitchen plinth had been glued to the laminate flooring. Sent a picture of this to Darren to query and he has yet to reply 2 weeks on. Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

Overall it was a good job. They arrived quite late and my partner was surprised they didn't come with a hoover, but they went onto do a fantastic job of the oven and windows and a decent job of everywhere else, although we expected the carpets to be cleaned a little better (we found a few pieces of plaster left at the sides of rooms here and there). Ultimately it was a pretty good job and they clearly worked hard.

Job started off well but there were issues afterwards. Walls are not level, the pointing is not right and the opening of the doorway is way out of level. They have not filled in block work joints on the outside and rainwater is seeping in. I have to pay for another bricklayer to put everything right. Would I recommend these guys? No chance.
DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
