Always polite with good communication on his arrival time etc. Got to work straight away and even cleaned up the previous tradesmen's mess that was left previously as he went along. Ion did a fantastic job decorating our second bedroom, laying floor down and replacing a radiator. I was decorating the kitchen myself whilst he was here and he even helped me out with that at no extra charge. A very friendly and hard working builder!
