I found that Denis to be professional, good at listening and observing what his customers need. He had a challenge in of fitting cupboards into eaves of a characterful, typically non straight lined Victorian cottage. He executed it well. We used P&A to replace some floorboards in my utility room, this was an urgent ask as I live in a first floor flat and my washing machine had leaked into the downstairs flat.
