An excellent job, on time and on budget. I found PM very straight forward to deal with, knowledgeable in all aspects of the trades required, and very hard working. They 'thought ahead' about what was required and made a 100% effort to attend to all the fine detailing. Derrick is a highly knowledgeable & professional builder, he went over and above expectations when removing a load bearing wall to create a kitchen diner in our house along with removing an outdoor toilet.
