Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. Csaba was very efficient, professional, and kind. He provided a quote when he said he would. He responded to my texts. He diagnosed what would be needed quickly and was reasonable on price. He came when he said he would. He took the amount of time he said it would take: 1 day. The shower was beautiful. As with all building work, there are sometimes things that were unexpected. He came and sorted those out very quickly. In short, it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
