Job completed October but by November asked for them to comeback as new sink put in was leaking badly and blocked - not flowing out but doing well coming up from the washing machine…all connected. Said would be back, didn’t. Rang from my night shift no answer even though he was using What’s app…now paying again for what they didn’t come back and sort out. Also, 2 cupboard doors came off their hinges, new tap had to be tightened, was v lose… and yes, I could easily have had my Belfast sink put in too Hoti.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

We’re two young and hardworking workers with a combined 15 years of experience in construction. I’m Keenan Scott, and although I studied business at university, I later decided to pursue more hands-on, practical work. I have a good amount of experience in painting and decorating, along with various handyman tasks. My partner, Ezra, chose to attend college after high school and earned a level 2 diploma in electrical installation.
