As I'm limited to 512 characters for this review, I'm unable to list the reasons why a one star rating is too generous for D & L contractors. In short, the work carried out by them was so poor and unprofessional, I asked them to leave the job and resolved the issues via small claims action. I have since found that they left my property unsafe by allowing steel beams to be supported without padstones below and these were also braced underneath using broken angle grinder blades instead of slate!

I cannot praise this firm enough. They removed my old boiler & fitted a new one . Also removing the gas fire & back boiler. Ben & his team were fantastic. They were efficient polite & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when I added a couple of extra jobs! It was all done in a few days & left clean & tidy. Promised all work would be completed within 4-5 days. Then told me once started that they had other jobs in between. didn't turn up when promised, constantly chasing them. Foolishly gave them half the money and they never came back?? Poor quality of work, remedial works at my cost to correct their shoddy efforts.
