Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

I hired RT-Gas&Electrical engineers LTD for a total renovation of my flat including plumbing and electrical work, plastering, design and fitting of a new bathroom and kitchen, painting and carpentry. Charger fitted but left with wonky wiring and charger cable holder fitted upside down! Charger not reset from factory default settings, New metal fuse box fitted into existing cupboard and left not being able to access the fuses, had to remove the door to gain access to the fuses! Finally the work to the fuse box needed to remove a kitchen cupboard in doing so the cupboard feet were brocken and left to one side for me to renew . All in all although a nice guy I unfortunately couldn't recommend him..

Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. Always make sure to place a rag on the floor to protect surface and its very important to clean up afterwards.

We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

Ultimately Tayler's services were disappointing. I was pleased with the new fuseboard he installed but over a year later, another electrician commented that the installation wouldn't pass regs, and there were two other jobs Tayler and his team never completed/rectified, even after I contacted him. He came round and admitted all three jobs needed attention but I have received nothing but radio silence since. Ultimately very disappointing as he seems like a nice guy on face value. I'm £300-400 out of pocket.
