A good experience from start to finish. Ewan responded within a couple of hours to our initial enquiry and was prompt to come out and assess the job and offer a solution for adding the wiring for an electric oven to our home. He returned to do the work a couple of days later. The switch in the kitchen looks as though it’s always been there and he left everywhere clean and tidy. I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading
He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.
