You never phoned on Saturday when you were supposed to come. I had to phone you to find out you were ill. I arranged to work on home on Monday so that you could come, you never showed up just sent a message that you will come on Tuesday in the morning. Again you did not show up, sent another message that you will come by 5pm. No show again, and no messages either. You obviously think that other people have no responsibilities and can sit at home for days waiting for you.
I am a qualified tradesman with over 30 years building experience in the London and surrounding areas able to undertake large or small jobs with confidence.
James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. I would recommend Andy. He spent time evaluating the job required with a view to looking at less costly but effective options. Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress.
