Warning this is a con man. Charges extortionate rates. My advice to you is don't do business with him, alternatively make sure the quote is free of charge, in writing of what work will be undertaken. he charged me £95 for a diagnostic investigation which was meant to be a quote. It did not need investigation. He took 15 minutes to tell me I had a leaking pipe. Not rocket science. Then charged £120 for gluing pipe. 15 minutes job. I would not use this plumber again.
