Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. Ken did a really fantastic job of paving our front garden with bricks we'd salvaged from knocking out the back of our Edwardian terrace. He has made it look amazing, better than we could have imagined. He was communicative, flexible, friendly and got the job done in good time. He left our front garden looking much tidier than it was to begin with! Can't recommend enough.

The following day after I had a stopcock and pipework replaced by Jamie, I discovered that he had cut into another pipe when removing the old ones, causing a leak. I dont know for sure if he knew he had done this. I think he did, but judge for yourself based on the following. Over several days, I called his mobile, I left whatssapp messages, i sent several emails. No responses from any of them. Strange as they all seemed to be working when he contacted me to get the job.
