Just had a hallway and a room skimmed, price was in line with other quotes. Upon starting work I found Ian polite and easy to communicate with, he is a very tidy worker and the quality of work is very good. I am very pleased with the result. I left Ian a key to the house as I had to go to work which he posted through the letter box every night, proving his honesty aso there were nonly issues. I will definitely be asking him to complete any further plastering I need in the future.

John came out on an agreed date to understand my requirements. Got back to me the next day with a £quote. Was able to fit me in and start work the following week. Did exactly as we agreed & tidied up afterwards, working tirelessly with his team in the summer sun. Happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable and repectful tradesperson. Job was demolition and removal of brick walls and shed debris. Two 8 tonne skips worth of brick and wood. Very happy with him, his team and his work.

Good tradespeople are hard to find these days. Bryn came at short notice willing to do the work, price was slightly higher than expected but with him able to do the work at short norice I accepted and received a good end result with my porceline tiles in my rear garden. We at Excel in life, Leigh Rd, have just had a new premises plastered on the ground floor by Alamo Property Maintenance Services (Andy & Jackie) of Bolton. They were fantastic, friendly, and conscientious. A great price for several walls and finishing a knock-through door. Very reliable and knowledgeable. (Jackie is a painter & decorator). They left no mess. Easily recommended and we hope to use them again.
