Every part of the service failed resulting in wasted money, time and damage which now needs fixing. Summary: 1. Rubbish removal destroyed new fencing materials. 2. Remaining new panels were damaged with a) rough, unsupported cutting and b) shoddy/misaligned screws 3. Attached horizontal panel when others were vertical. 4. Failed to align heights. 5. Used damaged materials, despite being asked and agreeing NOT to use. 6. Ignored our instruction during work & request to refund. In short a nightmare.
I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

I am very unhappy for Zohaib Talib's service from Top Freeze Ltd. He got my money but didn't fix my oven's problem. He never showed up, and never contacted me again once I found he didn't complete his job. It's already 4 weeks, but he broke his promise twice, and never showed up. I tried to complaint to Top Freeze, they only asked my contact details, but one day has passed, and still not contact me again.

Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.
