A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

My stop cock started leaking alarmingly at 3 am on a cold January night. The Thames Water shutoff valve was not compatible with my shutoff bar, so I was unable to shut off the water from the street. I posted the job at 4am, had contact from Leo by 5:30. He arrived at 7:45am, shut off the water at the street, replaced the stop cock, checked for dryness, and put the water back on. What a relief. It was not cheap, but cheaper than my excess on a water damage claim. Speed was more important than cost.

I am very unhappy for Zohaib Talib's service from Top Freeze Ltd. He got my money but didn't fix my oven's problem. He never showed up, and never contacted me again once I found he didn't complete his job. It's already 4 weeks, but he broke his promise twice, and never showed up. I tried to complaint to Top Freeze, they only asked my contact details, but one day has passed, and still not contact me again.

I posted my job of a wet room mosaic tiles coming loose, Ahmad quickly got in contact we arranged a time and he arrived promptly. He examined the wet room floor saying that there was possible damaged underneath and the drain system was not suitable. He first identified the root cause of the issue, then explained what he will do, then updated us regularly. He worked swiftly and efficiently repaired the wet room floor and walls to a high professional standard and we would wholeheartedly recommend his work.
