Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Rated people are reviewing the Complaint raised.

Great job done by the guys at CKJ Construction, from the initial consultation through to the work itself. The job was a combination of pulling up, cleaning, re-laying and pointing tiles around the perimeter of the house as well as removing some bushes, putting down turf and installing new sleepers. All work done to a good standard with attention to detail and at a fair price. Would definitely use again and would recommend for a wide variety of jobs. Thank you!

We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. I was concerned about using a new company but Marc Burrows, a director, seemed extremely competent and confident, was keen to win the business and assured us he could accommodate our schedule, so we signed the contract on 9/2/2016 to have our boiler replaced and relocated on 21/03/16. Since then there has been no further contact. He has not replied to e-mails or text messages, phone calls unreturned both mobile and head office, and no-one turned up to do the job. Totally unreliable, do NOT use, ever!
Some of work fell apart shortly after. Didn't provide me with a receipt despite repeated requests
these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....

Extremely unprofessional and ignorant. They accepted my job on here, but apart from one message they send me on chat thing, then they not been in contact since. I can see they've read all 5 of my messages I sent to them, and ignored every one. They accept my job and then been out of contact and ignore all my messages on chat which show as read. So now I have to re list my job on here and start again. Which they are at fault for. Avoid this ignorant unprofessional person.

Haven't stuck to their word, took payment, haven't finished the job, didn't turn up at the times they, didn't bring correct equipment, left the difficult to reach part of the wallpaper, why take on a job you can't do. The woman who came to the house on the last day wasn't the one I dealt with via rated and she told my mum to 'piss off'. Tried ringing Shantelle Maughan, wouldn't answer, seems to have blocked me on WhatsApp. Happy to update this review if they come back and finish job.
