Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Charger fitted but left with wonky wiring and charger cable holder fitted upside down! Charger not reset from factory default settings, New metal fuse box fitted into existing cupboard and left not being able to access the fuses, had to remove the door to gain access to the fuses! Finally the work to the fuse box needed to remove a kitchen cupboard in doing so the cupboard feet were brocken and left to one side for me to renew . All in all although a nice guy I unfortunately couldn't recommend him..

Great workmanship, neat and tidy at the end of each day and able to get it all done against quite a tight timeline. They worked without excessive noise and happily accommodated working hour constraints as a result of shift work. Very good value and stuck to the quoted price.
