I had previously used many local 'recommended' gas engineers, to my dissatisfaction. I had engaged AGP to flush out my central heating. Before engaging them, they had explained the work that will be carried out. AGP arrived promptly on the agreed date. As I had to be away, they kept me fully aware of the works being carried out, together with an explanation and pictures. They also did some extra work and no extra charges. Overall got the job done but the woodwork paint peeled off after a week as was not sanded down. Alex agreed to fix the work but did not show up.
