We had the pointing ground out and redone between the flags in the garden. Was happy overall with the job when it was finished but it took quite a bit longer than quoted. Now 10 months later the pointing is falling out in a few areas, so feeling a little bit disappointed with the job.
Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

Did the job next day. Was initially after getting it slabbed but considered having loose stone due to budget and went with that in end to be more cost effective. There wasnt alot of choices/samples etc but happy enough with what was offered. Job agreed by word of mouth only but did a decent job. Not high end finish but I didnt pay top whack for the job either so I feel I got good value for money. The guys all pleasant and did the job quickly. Looks so much better than before so I am pleased with it.
