Do not use this company. Sol French came and quoted, took £800 up front but didn’t complete the work. The work that was done had to be entirely redone by another contractor. Constant stream of excuses and refusing to refund the money.

At no time were you told not to tile that area, that is absurd, why would we want an area not tiled. On the quote it was stated that you would remove old tiles and make good walls, having spoken to 4 companies since they all stated the same, this would mean plastering the same, we paid extra for this. Something to be considered when writing your quotes. The receipts for materials, second amount, never materialised. You were paid in full regardless.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Theo and Wesley on my back garden. They worked hard during the time they were here, they were very tidy, bagging and removing all waste from site on completion. They completed the work to my satisfaction at a very competitive price. More than a few issues with the overall service from a verbal contract which was challenged when it came to payment, to them being late and underprepared on the day, to completing the job in less than a day when they said it would take a day and a half. The hallway only has underlay down the very middle, loose floorboards were not secured as offered and doorstrips are missing from both door ways.

Unfortunately, Santino insisted that he got paid a daily rate and was paid each day along with expenses. He was more interested in clock watching that getting the job done. He requested that I pay his expenses each day, which I did incorrect assuming he would provide me with the receipts at the end of the job. He didn't turn up one day, arrived late other days and then text to say he wasnt finishing the job. I use Rated People a lot, and this was by far my worse experience. NEVER AGAIN would I hire him.

they gave me a price for the job I accepted. He lphoned to give me a start date so that I could do the preparation required.. An hour or two before his men were due to arrive he phoned to say that his team were not prepared to do the job without scaffolding and he would send scaffolder to give a price which would be extra to the job. The following day the scaffolder came. I have had no further contact with the company.work still remains not done. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend “Parkview”

We are a local church in London providing food bank and coffee mornings twice a week for the homeless. We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.
