Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.

We have been through 7 months trying to get our cabin and decking and patio rectified to an acceptable standard. They started off well and Elliott had a great attitude but his employee was terrible and couldn't cut two planks the same length leaving everything looking really like a DIY project gone wrong. They now have a qualified joiner who is a big improvement and he was working his way through all the defects and rebuilding planters, relaying the patio and re cladding the cabin. Now they have disappeared

Still has not finished our decking, after starting in December 2019. We have paid MrMackie for all the materials and they have not arrived

Hung up on me when i asked how long he would be Sent a text saying i was on drugs for some bizzarre reason when I told him he was an hour late and we needed to leave the house my partner needed to go to the chemist to get his insulin so he didnt die. We are a family owned company who have 25 years experience in home improvements from replacement windows to bathrooms all our tradesmen are time served and we carry all the relevant insurances We at bwize have recently bought over Bmg home improvements who used to use this site which we have never used as a company but onlooking at his reviews which was a number of years ago they were not very good but we can assure you if you want to look at our facebook page or website you can see the quality of our workmanship so all we can ask if you could give an opportunity to quote for any of your projects
Hired for Garden Clearance. Wheelbarrow is still lying in my garden with waste - never finished the job. Avoid.

Unfortunately after coming out and giving me a quote. Which we later agreed a slightly lower price on. Then never showed up to do the work. (Now a week later) Not even a courtesy text message to let me know.
My company has certified electrician,painter,plumber,joiner. We also do gardening and cleaning.

Job left unfinished and bricks fell off the wall, although received full payment. Left patio in a mess, usual "get back to you in a few days", eventually, his mobile phone appeared to be disconnected.
