Did not contact me nor respond to my own follow up email, despite indicating their initial interest in quoting for the job.

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Hired Ronnie McPhee to do my driveway & drop kerb but it was a disaster. We even paid him labour & materials upfront. He said he would fix it but lied to us for 2.5mths for 2wk job & never returned. The job he did at my mums was not any better. He took a deposit of £1500 to build a new driveway & drop kerb. He only dug up the garden & never returned. His son & workmen also took work tools of new contractors we hired to fix my mums place! Cant believe how we have been treated. Don’t trust! 0/10

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.

Still has not finished our decking, after starting in December 2019. We have paid MrMackie for all the materials and they have not arrived

Avoid.. Rude. Late. Should be removed from this site. Im apalled. Swore at me said i was drunk for some bizarre reason. Hung up on me when i asked how long he would be Sent a text saying i was on drugs for some bizzarre reason when I told him he was an hour late and we needed to leave the house my partner needed to go to the chemist to get his insulin so he didnt die. Unfortunately after coming out and giving me a quote. Which we later agreed a slightly lower price on. Then never showed up to do the work. (Now a week later) Not even a courtesy text message to let me know.
My company has certified electrician,painter,plumber,joiner. We also do gardening and cleaning.
