A bit of a let down. Promises of doing all I asked, when it came to finishing, some jobs done, some done shoddily and some not done at all. Left terrible mess and did not take the rubbish despite promising to do so. Do not pay them before they finish is my advice

Arrived on time and did the job required. I.e. reduce a hawthorn hedge by approx . 3 feet. The pruning was achieved in record time but at the expense of clearing the site. properly. Bits of hedge were left in mine and my neighbour's garden and in the road. I had to complete the job and ended up taking 4 large bags to the recycling centre. Disappointed.

Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. My trader let me down he did not do the job
Established 30 years ago we have experience in cleaning, gardening, carpet cleaning etc. Our company will carry out cleaning on all levels starting with domestic & commercial from one off builders cleans, carpet cleaning, contract cleaning on housing estates. We also carry out gardening again domestic & commercial & to go along with cleaning on housing estates we can also do the gardening on housing estates. We are definitely small enough to care & big enough to cope.
I’ve been looking for a professional cleaner to do a regular clean of a new house extension without success and decided to try Rated People.
