A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. Not good, will not recommend to any one.he gave me quote and accepted and suppose to start job between 8 and 9 am. Turned up at 10am, started digging out the brick paving for 10 minutes then stated walking around to the van, then came back and started again after 10 minutes gone again and eventually came back 15:00, then I had word with him that he suppose to finish the job today. He said don’t worry I will finish today, hardly done any work by 5pm .next day he came and took all tools and left me in mass.
