There was great communication the whole way with all decisions consulted as well as advice given. The team worked very hard whilst we were away. Our neighbours all mentioned how hard the team worked without us prompting them. We are really happy with all of the works and all snags were swiftly sorted and within budget which really helped! I had previously used many local 'recommended' gas engineers, to my dissatisfaction. I had engaged AGP to flush out my central heating. Before engaging them, they had explained the work that will be carried out. AGP arrived promptly on the agreed date. As I had to be away, they kept me fully aware of the works being carried out, together with an explanation and pictures. They also did some extra work and no extra charges. I would 100% recommend AGP and will definitely use them again! Keep it up, AGP!
An excellent service. The plumber arrived when he said, did what he said he would do (a bit extra actually) and charged what he said he would. Neat, effecient and trustworthy - in short, highly recommended.
Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.
