From the first very discussion where he advised us on the best design and components etc. he came back multiple times as we were confirming tiles and construction and always explained clearly the process with Attention to detail. He accommodated our timescale, completing two bathrooms whilst we were on holiday, meaning zero mess and great bathrooms when we returned. A true 'old-school tradesman' (in the best possible sense!). A courteous and respectful craftsman who took a real pride in the work he performed - a massive job; 14 radiator central heating install with new boiler (no previous CH in the1890's house).
