I was extremely impressed by Nelson - he was quick to respond - visited the same evening to do the survey - was very professional and knowledgeable and set out the alternatives and his recommendations. He arrived the next morning with the new boiler - removed the old one and installed the new one. He returned on Sunday afternoon to commission the system - what service! Jacek came to fix some of our kitchen units that were falling apart after 30 years. He also painted some internal doors which I have never seen looking as good as they do now . His work is of a high standard and he is very particular to get the best result possible.
