Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.
