30/11/23. Ideal Engineer was arranged to come out to check installed boiler by Boiler Tech. Hot and cold pipes where discovered to be reversed and attached opposite ways. Which needed corrected by another plumber before two parts of the boiler were replaced. Boiler engineer stated the parts failed because the system wasn’t flushed prior to installation. Documented by Ideal.
Sorted a long term issue for us. Explained in detail the workings of the heating system in an understandable way. System working really well now (for several months)

This man came out and priced my work. I accepted his price but on the day he was due to start the work he rang me saying his platerers wife was taken into hospital with food poisoning. Never heard from him again.so I am now looking for someone myself to plaster my ceiling.
