I was sure I needed a new shower but he checked it and I only needed a pull cord and a new fuse. Gave an estimate over phone using photographs. As it involved replacing all the flashing on the shared chimney, had to get next doors permission. They had another contractor come in and give a price. Other owner wanted to go with that price.
He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.
