Completely trustworthy, punctual, always left the house as it was prior to him doing the day's work, cleaned the mess daily, polite, informative, friendly, so much so I left him with my keys to carry out the work whilst I was in work. I would highly recommend this person to anyone - He has fitted me a new Combi Bolier removing the conventional boiler and it took 3 days. Following my negative feedback, information has come to light that Mr Chisti was unable and NOT unwilling to finish the work due to some personal unforseen circumstances. He has offered a refund for the work he didn't do and I am waiting for that. He and his wife were 2 of the most hardworking people I have ever seen and I am glad that they are not the villains I initially thought they were. I'd have them back anytime
