I have been in the heating and plumbing industry for 35 years. Carrying out all types of heating and plumbing installations. Including fault finding and repair work to central heating systems, power flushing, unblocking drains, repair work to all plumbing installations from leaking taps to drainage, fitting new kitchens and bathrooms. I have worked for various housing associations for over 20 years. I was Corgi registered and am gas safe registered. I have public liability insurance up to two million pounds
The guys were quick and efficient, on time, and tidied up. Just a schoolboy error meant calling them back, which they did promptly and rectified it.
I qualified as a plumber in 1999 and have been running a small family business ever since. With private homeowners and landlord owned properties the mainstay of my business, you can rest assured any job large or small will be carried out by a competent tradesman. Job completed October but by November asked for them to comeback as new sink put in was leaking badly and blocked - not flowing out but doing well coming up from the washing machine…all connected. Said would be back, didn’t. Rang from my night shift no answer even though he was using What’s app…now paying again for what they didn’t come back and sort out. Also, 2 cupboard doors came off their hinges, new tap had to be tightened, was v lose… and yes, I could easily have had my Belfast sink put in too Hoti.

Efficient service and very professional, the engineer that did the installation was very polite and explained all the necessary information that was relevant to new boiler. All waste materials was removed from site, overall a very excellent service. Definitely would recommend this trade person.
We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive.
