Lirim has done an exceptional job. Initially, Lirim provided the labour cost and timescales and then advised on where to purchase the bathroom suite. Lirim turned up every day and put a good shift in keeping constant dialogue to ensure everything was perfect. We will definitely have Lirim back to do the kitchen soon.

Jonathan assess my problem after a visual inspection and he gave a verbal summary of what was required. This was followed by an email estimate which I accepted. He arrived on the date agreed and started the work and completed it in two days. Workmanship was of a high standard. He has a pleasant manner and is easy to talk to. His was the only response I had to my entry in Rated People, and I'm glad it was. Highly recommended in all respects.

The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

Job done quickly and efficiently - and that was important because my roof was leaking and I needed to prevent further damage. Darren came out right away and the job was reliably completed at the time we agreed.
John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

If I could select no stars that still would be far too many for this bodge artist! Comes across as a really nice and knowledgeable bloke, but made a proper mess of my small bespoke cupboard. Took me over £200 to put right a cupboard that he charged me £580 for. Do not hire this man, you will definitely regret it!!

Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
