He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Emergency work carried out to repair and weatherproof 12' x 8' shed roof following storm damage. Viktor came and assessed the job and quoted very reasonable price and started and completed the work the same day. Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

Brilliant.Stripped wallpaper,made good walls,replaced skirting, removed laminate flooring in though room and in hallway. Sanded floor boards,stained and varnished. Painted skirtings. Painted ceilings and walls to an excellent standard. Put all furniture back having initially moved it. Worked long days and finished the job early.Came in on quote as agreed. Very professional firm. We would highly recommend Bill. He pruned our tree, then removed our original broken fencing and fitted a beautiful new fence. All the rubbish was removed and garden was left clean & tidy. He went above & beyond fixed a leaking gutter and other little jobs that have needed doing for ages, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. …..
