On Saturday 14/10/17 Ian Oliver A1 Flooring carried out work he'd quoted on against a job spec submitted on Rated People. He denied ever talking about lifting and removing the existing flooring (clearly stated on spec) and wanted another £250.00 to complete the job, obviously I did not agree to this. I was at work and unable to dispute this in person however I have since tried to contact Ian but he fails to take my calls. His work is amateurish, and unfinished. Seriously think twice before using A1 Flooring

Adam had literally called and came to see me in within an hour of me posting the job up., He quoted and came back the same afternoon., although he came across some challenges by the previous workerleft he dealt with it fast and efficiently. Did not waste any time, left everything very tidy and even did an extra wee add on job for me. Reliable - priced excellently., Lovely guy, did what he promised in no time. Chris came to see the job and promised a quote. After three weeks, despite chasing up several times, no quote has been given. Very disappointed
we specialise in kitchen and bathrooms, supply and fit. We have been trading for over 25yrs. We aim to complete a project with a week and supply all of the trades which we have work closely with and trust!! We also give a labour guarantee with our work!
Nothing but stress due to Daren's lack of transparency. The start date came and went but no communication or apology received at all. I had to reach out a number of times but just received lies - shame for him that he forgot which lies he'd previously told me. It was at that point (2 months later) that I cancelled and asked for a refund. Even that was stressful so after 10 days of nothing I claimed it through my bank. I do NOT recommend this tradesman at all.
