Incredibly good service, very speedy, efficient, economical and brilliant customer service. Everyone in Oxford should use Three Men and a Lady if they need any waste removal. They removed our garden waste speedy and reliably.

Seldom do I meet people that exceed my expectations - Danny did. He turned up when he said, worked the hours he said and left the place tidy. Danny has a professional approach to his work and clearly a considerable knowledge of his subject. The work he undertook for me was of the highest standard. His charges are not the lowest but given the results very good value. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Chris has been very satisfactory and a quick, willing and tidy worker. Has arranged to come regularly to mow the grass and do general maintenance, which is exactly what we have been looking for.

Paul and his team did an excellent job on my garden paving. They arrived on time and worked long hours to make sure they finished the job quickly but to a high standard. Chris and Arron worked extremely hard - in horrible weather and even though the job was harder than they anticipated - actually reduced the price, as a particular piece of equipment wasn't needed. Excellent work

Mark and the team were a great team and work hard, with some good banter along the way. The patio is hundreds of times better than what we had. My only slight negative would be Conor watch those spacings / gaps between the slabs.

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.
