Initially good but then let me down twice with no contact or explanation. I wouldn't have minded had he been honest about not coming - easy enough to look for another person - but he didn't. So whilst great at first, very disappointing in the long run..

He transferred a huge eyesore into an absolute masterpiece that has received loads of comments from people in the local area. I completely recommend Tom.
