He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

I asked Simon to paint the inside of my house and all woodwork and ceilings. I did say the kitchen and bathroom didn't need doing, so they didn't paint the bathroom door oneighbour the inside but that was part of the woodwork so you have to be specific about what you ask to be done. Also he said he would come back to look at things I wasn't happy with, I emailed him twice but he never came back.

Darren right from first contact knew what he was doing. I wanted the lock on my patio door replacing and the hinges repaired. Even though the patio door was the old metal one Darren was able to repair what needed repairing and change what needed changing. He bought all the parts and did not ask for payment until after I was satisfied and I was. Darren’s got a good sense of humour but most importantly he gets the job done. Thanks Darren.
