Darren right from first contact knew what he was doing. I wanted the lock on my patio door replacing and the hinges repaired. Even though the patio door was the old metal one Darren was able to repair what needed repairing and change what needed changing. Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.
