Scott kept us up to date with the work through access to videos etc and stayed on site for longer than anticipated to make sure we were 100% happy. I contacted Micheal he came when he said he would ,gave me a quote in two days i aceptpted the quote ,said he had a job to Finnish. 5 weeks later I was contacting him regular sometimes I heard back other I did not ,he funnalky gave me a date to start 19 th June then to be told July I first counted him on the second week of May .he new we wanted job done before we went in holiday ,I had to ask fir money back and start again . I was really hurt as I really like him and there was only £100 difference
is it not customary to remove any rubbish from the job? it certainly used to be. and it is NOT customary to leave the client's toilet with large lumps of plaster in it.

Hired Ronnie McPhee to do my driveway & drop kerb but it was a disaster. We even paid him labour & materials upfront. He said he would fix it but lied to us for 2.5mths for 2wk job & never returned. The job he did at my mums was not any better. He took a deposit of £1500 to build a new driveway & drop kerb. He only dug up the garden & never returned. His son & workmen also took work tools of new contractors we hired to fix my mums place! Cant believe how we have been treated. Don’t trust! 0/10

I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.
