Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. I posted my job of a wet room mosaic tiles coming loose, Ahmad quickly got in contact we arranged a time and he arrived promptly. He examined the wet room floor saying that there was possible damaged underneath and the drain system was not suitable. He first identified the root cause of the issue, then explained what he will do, then updated us regularly. He worked swiftly and efficiently repaired the wet room floor and walls to a high professional standard and we would wholeheartedly recommend his work.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
