Extremely pleased with the work carried out by Richard and his team in fitting a new shower room. Clean and tidy work within budget even though some small extras were added during fitting. Would highly recommend Professional Property Maintenance to anyone. More than impressed with the kind and considerate manner in which the whole job was conducted and want to thank Richard for rearranging the job when things were put on hold due to a medical issue. Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

I was very impressed with the quality of work. The plasterer turned up on time to work out the quote, and it was a quote not an estimate. He turned up on time to start the job with all the materials he required, no money up front for materials, and he finished within the time we had agreed. the work was completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased.
