Not pleased with the Tiling at all. On the top side concerning price. The Mosaic Tiles Maciej fitted are messy and uneven and are covered with spots of adhesive which is proving very difficult to remove. The rectangular tiles fitted elsewhere in the bathroom were also unevenly spaced and the finished effect not up to a professional standard. The Bathroom was also left in a untidy state upon completion. For this level of cost I expect an experienced tradesmen and not an amateur learning of the job.

Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.

I hired Olly from A1 Flooring to fit 30m2 of real wood flooring in herringbone throughout the passage and kitchen diner. After getting quotations Ollys quote came in way cheaper than other tradesman. At first I was sceptical about using him. However I can now say that the job has been completed and Olly has done an amazing job, he worked hard every day and turned up on time . He also done a few extra jobs around the house at an extremely competitive price. I will definately use again.
