Phil responded very quickly and came to the property to assess the damage and within a couple of days had fitted a temp roof cover with extra protection to stop further damage. This has been followed up with a fair quote for a full repair weather permitting very soon. Phil also went the extra mile by supplying a de-humidifier to dry out the area within the property that was affected by water ingress. He is also attentive to correspondence and calls. The workmanship was of a very high quality, but the thing that really stuck out was how reliable and trustworthy Jay was.
