Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Over quoted me, letting me believe he would take two days. He was there 3 hours maximum. I return home from work to find he has not completed all the work I asked for. He has refused to provide receipts for materials. I have advised him that I will pay upon completion of work. Now, he is sending threatening messages. Police have been informed. Avoid at all costs!
