However I had to oversee the work completion myself via Google Translate due to no instructions and poor communications to the work team. Although Billy was quick to come and do an initial fix, I was told that any issue with the fix they would come back and sort it out. Although initially it looked like the roof no longer leaked, when the rain became heavy it was evident that the leak was still an issue. Billy charged 3 times what another quote was but he was confident that he'd know how to fix it and gave a 5 year guarantee. Billy did not come back for 3 weeks and has still not sent anyone to fully fix the roof so I have to give a 1 star.

Lewis and colleagues did a nice job of my new roof and have guaranteed the work for 10 years. The work would have been completed in a very reasonable timeframe but there was a slight delay due the wait time for a new window to go on my dorner. So in the end I asked for the roof and dormer to be finished without the new window.
