Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Quoted on the leak on my chimney. Agreed to the work came and completed few weeks later still have the same leak contacted Leighton who eventually came back out and told use it’s now a different issue. Eventually agreed to repair original fault. Another few weeks and still have the leak got another roofer to inspect and been told quality of work is poor and now require a new roof Leighton doesn’t respond to called and texts and not helpful when requesting a refund for the work his carried out.

We had some storm damage and this firm came out promptly, checked the roof, took photos (which they sent me for the insurance company) and gave me a quote. They spent time discussing what was needed and what The only delay was waiting for the insurance company to assess the damage and OK the repair. A date was agreed and the 4 lads, lead by Mark, came on time and completed the work. Weare very happy with the work and theire friendly but professional approach. Key question: would we have them again? Yes!
