30/11/23. Ideal Engineer was arranged to come out to check installed boiler by Boiler Tech. Hot and cold pipes where discovered to be reversed and attached opposite ways. Which needed corrected by another plumber before two parts of the boiler were replaced. Boiler engineer stated the parts failed because the system wasn’t flushed prior to installation. Documented by Ideal.

A very polite and responsible tradesman who took on the job we required which was to install new heating system in our house. I would have no problems recommending Gavin to any of my friends/relatives if they require any work done in his areas of expertise.

Following my posting of the job, Johnny was quickly in touch and we arranged a day and time for him to visit the property that was convenient to me. The job itself was done with minimum fuss, the end result is good and, all in all, this job was very good value for money.

Cyril was great. We wanted soak stones at the front of the house and Cyril popped by in the evening and was able to squeeze us in next day. The results look great and really reasonably priced. Would recommend.

BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

Absolutley fantastic company, reliable, friendly, helpful, good workmanship have had to call them for other little things that have needed fixed in the house and they have had no hesitation but to come the same day/night and fix it. After a sticky issue on a previous came out and sorted the radiators for free. Can’t say better than came out and the the rectification work so gave to give 5 stars. Did the job on time and even fixed a towel rail he didn’t fit . Thank you
