Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. 8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

The work was very poorly done, it was not completed properly and on top of that, they damaged some tiles on my porch and bay window. They took the money and ran. Now can't get hold of them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Keep your money and go elsewhere

Phil was a very honest, pleasant and likeable guy. I explained my requirements but he suggested an alternative that does not require the services of an electrician. He effectively talked himself out of a job this time, but I will certainly keep his details for any future electrical work that I require.
I’ve not been a member for five years on this website. I was on it possibly around five years ago. Only rejoined on the 4th of May 2023. Up till lockdown I had 5 1/2 months work in the diary within two days or cancelled. Unfortunately, some of the customers didn’t make it through that period. And before time installing bathrooms never really recovered, hence, I have re-joined this site to do more general plumbing and not concentrate on just bathroom for refurbishments.? Plumber with many years experience from changing taps to full bathroom refurbishment including tiling. Including underfloor heating double glazing installing joinery work and professional installing of PIR insulation.
