Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done

Ollie promptly carried out the work for me as described. We had some subsequent dramas post installation, which were not caused by Ollie, but one of those things! Bit he was still available in the evening when I needed him to help me resolve that issue, which was a great help and avoided an unhappy tenant being left without heating and hot water. Simon installed a new boiler, replaced all radiators and extended the heating to the upstairs of the house. Unfortunately I have had to get another engineer in to rectify issues we have had as Simon was not interested. Engineer has pointed out Simon kept all the old pipes in rather than replacing them.
